1 研究方向的題目:

觸變鍛造微觀組織表征、及工藝參數研究與計算機模擬

 

2 研究內容:

 

(1) 低液相半固態材料微觀組織表征

(2) 低液相體積分數坯料的加熱和控制技術

(3) /固相成分流動的控制技術

(4) 低液相半固態材料的統一本構模型并進行對于不同成形參數下對半固態觸變成形工藝的仿真

(5) 具體復雜零件的觸變成形
