金剛石的功能化修飾及其生物傳感性能研究

      金剛石的功能化修飾及其生物傳感性能研究

 

2 研究內容:

 

       金剛石薄膜表面的化學惰性導致其表面可再造性能差,無法滿足制備各種功能表面的需要,因此,要擴展金剛石薄膜的應用,必須以官能團修飾使其表面功能化。本項目擬采用三種途徑實現氫終端摻硼金剛石的化學功能化修飾,導入易于固定化生物分子的羧基與疊氮基。采用電化學、X 射線光電子能譜(XPS)等方法進行表征分析,優化修飾途徑。用紫外光輻射模版對樣品表面進行微米級圖案刻印,將熒光標記生物分子高效地固定在樣品表面,利用熒光顯微鏡檢測樣品表面生物分子的熒光圖象,確定最佳固定化方案。本研究在系統探討與建立一系列金剛石表面功能化修飾和表面生物分子固定化方法的基礎上,深入開展表面功能化摻硼金剛石的電化學生物傳感性能,探討相關的物理化學內涵及理論機制,為制備高靈敏度、快速響應、可選擇性強的金剛石基生物傳感器提供重要的實驗研究和理論分析基礎。
